Don’t have a link handy, but I recently saw a Twitter post which included an excerpt from a book about them which stated that as toddlers, the two oldest boys had a German nanny who, in addition to being a Nazi sympathizer, had a very draconian potty-training regimen which, as the Twitter post said, involved “forcing them to take a shit on demand” and she would give them castor oil or enemas if they couldn’t.

This seems like it would be good news for the children she terrorized, but it meant spending more time with their father. Fred Koch was a big believer in social Darwinism, which meant encouraging the boys to beat the shit out of each other to toughen them up. No matter what boys did in the Koch house, shit was expected to come out of them.

So yes: treated horrible as children, and now fucking up as much of the world as they can.

and then, at the NATO summit, Macron was Walking along the side of the carpet and crossed diagnally to embrace first Merkel (for the decades-long German-French friendship), and then with several other Heads of state before finally getting to Trump.
