Just heard this statement on the ABC News in Australia.
“The weather bureau says there is only a 50/50 chance of above average rainfall for the south this summer…”
Well… duh!
Hmmm…so, chances are it might rain. Or might not.

Of course, half of the weather dept. employees are below average, too.
