Head injury. Ruled out for the game.
And somehow the Patriots are ahead again.
And after the Pack tied it up, the Pats march right down the field and lead by 7 with 11 minutes and change to play.
One of Seattle’s TDs was a pick-six. So even the defense was in on it.
Seattle’s defense absolutely had some highlights. The problem is that they’re really young, especially since they lost Jamal Adams for the season early in Game 1.
I see the potential for a great D, but they need to get experience first. Sone great plays (including the pick-six) we’re done by rookies, who also make rookie mistakes and give up big plays.
Jesus. Pack almost lose to a 3rd string rookie QB. Luckily, they pull it out in the end. Not pretty.
Brady throws for 385 yards and 3 TDs and loses by 10 points. Bucs had only 6 rushing attempts for a net of 3 yards.
Patience, Aaron, patience.
Apparently, DK Metcalf was carted to the locker room during Sunday’s game. It was not an injury, however. He just really had to poop. As he said, “that clinch walk wouldn’t have made it”.
I like guys who are honest. Kudos to Metcalf.
Living in Charlotte I have seen a lot more of Baker Mayfield this year than previously. Has he always had a lot of balls batted down? Seems like more than a typical QB to me.
Bobby Wagner, likely future HOF linebacker, is the wrong guy to run at if you going to disruptively run onto the field in a game.
Wagner maintained the time-honored tradition of linebackers taking out fans who run onto the field.
