Tony Romo just said that Mahomes will probably have to go on the road for a playoff game this year.
Wrong. KC will likely host a playoff game, because they will win the West, but then they will lose to the Browns or Bills.
And I’m a Chiefs fan.

Aren’t you and Romo saying the same thing? Or did Romo mean on the road for the first game?
Or do you mean Chiefs lose their first? I’d agree with that.
I think he’s saying the Chiefs will lose their 1st playoff game (which will be at home,) such that the Chiefs still don’t play a road playoff game.
That is exactly what I said. They will host a playoff game and lose that game.
I’m just shaking my head. What the heck kind of score is 3-5? That was absolutely a bizarre play
This is college but still.
Purdy having an uncharacteristically bad game.
I’m loving the defensive battle. Turnovers, unusual plays, this is reminiscent of the old Ravens-Steelers rivalry. Good D’s.
We may get a rematch of Super Bowl XLVII a few weeks from now. SB preview game.
He has 3 interceptions which is the most in one game in his pro career.
4 INTs now. At this point his confidence must be shot.
That last one is because a defender grabbed his arm while he was throwing.
His confidence in his o-line might be getting shaken at least.
Also, the last time a 49er QB had 4 interceptions was Colin Kaepernick, so it has been a while.
I’m not thinking Purdy is bad. This Ravens defense is just bonkers good.
Just saw a stat that the Ravens scored on 6 drives in a row, which hasn’t been done to the 49ers since 2004.
They’re just dominating on both sides of the ball.
Another stat; Lamar Jackson is 19-1 against NFC teams in his career. That’s crazy.
MVP consideration has left the room.
Sam Darnold is in for Purdy. The 49ers are saved!
I didn’t see the injury. What happened to Purdy? Serious or not-serious?
Tommy Devito got benched? What? Did the Giants coaching staff actually want a QB to throw for more than 200 yards and maybe run an actual NFL offense? Craziness.
He got sacked, it was a clean sack but he struggled to get up. He was sacked at least one other time and hit other times on that drive.
I wonder if he was pulled because this game isn’t so important that you want to risk your QB. Especially when you’re unlikely to win anyway.
They just said he had a “stinger” last week which made him miss a few snaps, and that last sack agitated it again.
5th interception on 4th and goal and lots of yards.
Stick the fork.
You still butthurt that he won NFC Offensive Player of the Week last week?
“Butthurt”? No. It’s more of a "I get to poke a bit of fun at the over-hyping of yet another quarterback in New York, but, dear Lombardi in heaven, some people take this stuff waaaaaaaayyyy too seriously"hurt.
Pride of the NFC 49ers got their asses smacked around by 3 of the AFC North teams.
For the Browns to win the division the Ravens would have to lose out to the Steelers and Dolphins, which might be like a 20% chance because the Dolphins are good and Ravens-Steelers games are always close, and the Browns have to win out against the Jets and Bengals which is probably at least a 50% chance, so not a great chance overall but it’s not too much of a long shot.
It’d be nice to have a home playoff game but at least they will very likely have the 5th seed that gets to play the winner of the AFC South which is a much better seed than any of the other wild cards.
