My wife and I think Matt Millen is THE worst NFL commentator on the air nowdays. Nothing to say, and incapable of saying it. Utterly lame, inarticulate commentary, and he never shuts up.

Yeah, he is pretty bad. I liked hearing him laud Detroit for picking Roy Williams during the Thanksgiving game.
I agree. Unless Joe Theismann covers games, I only see him on playbook and stuff like that and I can’t stand him.
Doesn’t it amaze you that Matt Millen was able to interview for a GM job, and hold onto that job for what, 7 years in Detroit?
But I have one worse than Millen. Shannon Sharpe. Thank God he’s not a game announcer and only tortures my ears during pregame, halftime, and postgame talk. I always wondered where Mushmouth from Fat Albert ended up. He’s on the CBS set babbling about football games. The only think he’s missing is Mushmouth’s hat with the holes in it.

I think Sharpe went from Mushmouth to Footinmouth this week. I’m sure that as we speak, CBS executives are explaining to him how babbling about Supersize Me, a documentary that condemns fast food consumption, is not appropriate commentary on a show that’s sponsored by Burger King.
Looks like action has been taken.
