How fitting that the last throw of his career was a game losing interception in a Conference Championship game his team was supposed to win. I’m very happy that that play is the one that he and Packers fans will always have to live with – that he left the field for the last (but far from the first) time as a team killing choke artist.

Favre is a choke artist. He had a history of throwing game killing picks in big games. The fact that my team sucks does not mean that Favre was not a choke artist, nor does it mean that I have no right to call him on it.

The only thing better that seeing the Packers get blown out is seeing Favre with an injured arm. I hope it’s broken. I hope it’s over for him. I hope he never takes another snap. That would be so awesome.

That’s what I thought too. Favre has always had these occasional trainwreck games for his entire career, and they often come in big games. It doesn’t get said out loud much, but he’s kind of a choker.
