Giants get a gift when the Eagles fail to challenge a fumble call that almost certaintly would’ve been overturned.
NO has made it interesting: 24-24.
But BALT surges back with a hell of a run. I wish they were showing this game rather than what I’m seeing.
Yeah, that was pretty bad. It’s fourth quarter, a huge play, and you’re down by 14. Do you really think that the challenge flag is going to be more important sometime in the next 10 minutes?
Browns/Bengals game must have been a heck of a game 19-17.
Lions and Tampax in overtime. Calvin is having a big game.
It wasn’t. The Browns defense quit from the first snap and the Bengals weren’t good enough to beat them up like they should’ve. I don’t know what the fuck is up with this team.
Wow, Carolina, Buffalo and Cincinnati all won… it looks like nobody wants the #1 pick this year.
Lions with a great drive … on the ground, to get the FG to win. Kudos to a NFC North team for a good win (not to mention the Bucs have the same record as the Packers so I feel better that they lose).
That’s gotta hurt.
Ten bucks says that’s Sportscenter’s #1 play.
They punted to DeSean Jackson!!
Giants: BwahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!
:smack: :smack: :smack:
Giants got stabbed in their dusty little hearts.
Wow!
What a last quarter by the Eagles. Great game, made even better by the image of Tom Coughlin throwing his playbook to the ground in frustration as Jackson took it into the end zone.
Hell of an ending to that Giants-Eagles game. Michael Vick was electrifying once again. For a second I thought Jackson was hotdogging with that jog along the goal line on the winning punt return, but then I realized he was running out the clock. He still probably shouldn’t have taken the chance, though.
I am so f’n pissed at the gints right now. Fucking unacceptable. Matt Dodge will not have a NFL job next year, and might not have one next week. That was a special teams screw-up by all 11 players on the field, and maybe 7 or 8 others on the sideline.
Yeah, he looked back at the clock and then ran it in. I was yelling at him to go, because a defender did catch up to him while he was running out the clock, but wasn’t expecting him to run sideways. If he had caught on to what was going on, he might’ve been stopped.
With murray out. I Wonder how many guys on the field had ever won an away game. In a lions. Uniform before. Backus, I guess but not many others.
I’ll join you. I’m still waiting for an automatic pass interference or illegal blocking call whenever a play holds up his hands after the play.
The Lions actually have a winning streak going. Two in a row. When’s the last tim they won back to back games? They were both against playoff contenders too.
