Didn’t see a thread.
Interesting that Phoenix gets Detroit/Green Bay as the early game this week. They usually show the NFC West and we’d be stuck with St. Louis/Seattle.
Also interesting will be to see if da Bears can get a running game going in NY.
Ugh. Seneca Fucking Tom Wallace Brady.
You’re lucky he got screwed at of that first TD.
Be more worried about Hillis flexing his way to a win.
He wasn’t screwed…Keith Rivers got his hand in there and the ball hit the ground as the Browns player hit the turf. It was plain as day…even the commentators called the challenge a bad one.
Ball touched the ground but he had control when it did which IIRC is a catch.
Nah, he never did because the bengals LB Rivers had his hand in there so possession was never established.
Wow. The NFC West may end up being a battle of four crappy teams.
I’ll be happy to watch the Arizona Cardinals win it!
Det/GB is a weird ass game.
Always a good day when Pittsburgh loses. Unfortunately it’s a bad day when Baltimore wins, so I guess it’s a wash.
It’d be cool to see a Detroit Lions victory, but it looks like GB is moving the ball again, bad sign.
Christ, what a physical Bengals/Browns game. Despite the Bengals and Carson Palmer showing up to play on offense, we had no answer for Hillis. Where in the FUCK did that guy come from? Jesus he’s a mauler!
That was a sad outcome to see in the Detroit/GB game. The Lions dominated the Packers all day. Rodgers stunk up the field and got outplayed by Shaun Hill. The Packers defense can’t stop anything, but the Lions beat themselves with penalties and unforced turnovers (not to mention a gift from the officials when they let Woodson get away with mugging Megatron on that last Lions drive). A completely unearned and undeserved W for the Packers, but at least we saw once again what crap they really are, and what’s going to happen to them when they start playing some real teams.
Two words: Derek Anderson
The Arizona Cardinals have way too many penalties. We lost a touchdown because of a penalty and then had an interception afterwards.
The Panthers played the Saints pretty well today. The Saints don’t look like they’re firing on all cylinders yet, but the Panthers looked better than they have so far this year. They’re still 0-4. Clausen shows promise, but he gets a LOT of balls batted down at the line. Steve Smith got hurt late and may miss some time. Fork. Done.

I told you last week the Bengals weren’t very good. The Browns? Really?
The Browns aren’t as bad as their record, they were in all 3 games until the last drive.
Cardinals have made a QB change. I wonder if it is permanent. Max Hall now in.
