I’ll be honest: as a Bucs fan, I thought our run defense was a mirage and AP would have 150 by halftime. I also thought our passing offense was a mirage. I was wrong.
Incidentally, Josh Freeman will become the franchise’s all time leader in TD passes this season - his fourth. That really says something about how weak our QB play has been historically, but also how solid Freeman is.
Freakin’ Comcast (OK, maybe it is NFL who dictates this, dunno. I like to blame Comcast anyway) is not showing my Steelers - so I guess I’ll have to go to a bar if I want to watch. I don’t mind, but my house has a much nicer TV and the beer is much cheaper!
Steelers are mostly picked, but RGIII is a mover and a shaker and I am nervous. My boys pulled it out in the second half last week, but the first half did not look pretty!
Help! Last Sunday CBS announced that it was broadcasting the Pats/St L game in London… but of course I was home in New England when I saw that. Now that I’m in NJ, they are putting on the Jets game. Anyway to see the Pats??
Okay, I get it, it’s going to rain a little bit. Do you really need to have the entire bottom quarter of my screen giving nonstop updates on whether Sunday night bingo is cancelled? I’m not exaggerating, it’s fully 25%, and it’s looping the same stuff.
On the plus side, I also have the WAS-PIT game on Fox with a normal size screen and big fantasy implications. And those ridiculous uniforms.
Looks like Atlanta is all over the Eagles. Is this the end for Andy Reid and, yes I know he is 13-0 after the bye. I only heard that stat 6,000,000 times this week. How bad does Vick look? The stats show that Vick isn’t the problem, but i haven’t seen any of the game.
Packers playing poorly, yrt still winning at half against a bad team. They really have to pick it up in the second half.
It’s nice to see the Panthers beating the Bears. I’m guessing they’ll self destruct in the second half, but Cutler has been just awful, which is fun to see.
