I didn’t see the parade here on my TV package.
I believe Brett is completely allowed to enjoy himself though. Last time I checked alcohol was legal in St. Louis.
Back in 1992 they interviewed Wayne Gretzky at a Blue Jays game, and it was apparent he was hammered. Now, that was funny!
