Err, the Taliban is? I don’t think the Taliban are that big on women in sports. AFAICT the main market for the Nike sports hijab is female Muslim athletes in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and North America. I doubt they’re selling a lot of sports hijabs in Afghanistan.
OP seems to have never seen a sports hijab before. Lots of companies make not just hijabs but entire lines of modest active wear.
