The National Jewish Democratic Committee wants me to sign an on line condolence letter for the Kennedys.
If I signed it "Mary Jo Kopechne " I would go to Hell, right?

While watching this stuff on CNN, Mrs. Plant offered the argument, “But he made up for it.”
I responded, "If someone were responsible for the death of (your daughter, my stepdaughter) could they make up for it?
She conceded, “No.”

Since she was a devout Catholic adultress, and he was a practicing Catholic DUI manslaughterer, I suppose she’s giving him a piece of her mind right about now in purgatory.
I disagree with most of his politics, but otherwise I would not dispute any of those things. I fail to see how that would justify what amounts to vandalism of a condolence letter.
