I’m surprised, usually there’s a thread on about every awards show. Come on People!! 
I thought it was alright. The opening sequence with the Big Bang Theory cast was pretty good. And it was nice to see Morgan Freeman win the Idol award. It was also nice when they wished Betty White a happy 90th birthday next Tuesday. I just hope she makes it (kidding, kidding).
I turned it on, looked to see who was in the audience(which automatically told me who the winners were, since they get told beforehand), then went out for a beer.
I usually skip this one. There are too many awards shows and while they all exist for the purpose of promoting stuff, this one seems to be a little too crassly manufactured to that end.
Adam Sandler’s acceptance speech was almost as unfunny as his movies.
I didn’t really listen to the Adam Sandler thing as I don’t care for him.
When I saw the best band category, I wondered if we were still in the late 1990’s or early 2000’s.
