There’s some good Japanese death metal. How about Space Streakings, or Zeni Geva?

Hm. Hard rock is pretty broad, so I don’t know if this is up your alley, but there’s a very good Brazilian hardcore band called Ratos de Porao–you can download some samples here.

There’s always Brujeria, a Mexican thrash metal band. Their album Brujerizmo is definitely worth checking out.

And Nile has done a couple songs in ancient Egyptian, but for the most part they sing in English (as if you could tell).

There are quite a few songs by :Wumpscut: that are in German.
