Whew. I reread my OP shortly after I initially posted it, and I thought, “you know, maybe I’m being too hard on this guy. The rantings in the GD thread could just be the discharge of someone who’s had a bad day and a few too many Labatt’s, and maybe he’s a newbie who’s just ignorant about how much piracy is looked down on around here. Perhaps he’s not really that bad after all.” And I almost felt a twinge of regret for a few seconds.
Fortunately, Not In Anger has shown up to his own party and done the work for me of proving beyond a doubt that his Pitting was wholeheartedly deserved. Thanks, Not In Anger!
