I’ve been considering making some sort of novelty cake for a co-worker’s baby shower in a few months. MY idea was to make it look like a partially opened diaper with some smears of chocolate inside. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

It seems to me that it would be more fun to make a cake that appearead outwardly normal, but revealed pulsing, oozing organs when cut.
Or, spewed forth a pastry chestburster as somebody leaned forward to blow out the candles.
