Here’s a list of more NROL missions. Some of the mission patches are interesting, some are bland. Many of them make me wish I knew Latin. What does “Primoris gravis ex occasus” mean?

I want a patch that says “If we pay attention to detail, nothing is boyond our reach.”
Apparently it means “first heavy from the West”, and refers to the first launch of a Delta IV Heavy from the West Coast of the United States.
And that is a seriously freaky-looking mission patch.
