The human body has ways of dealing with this type of situation (and they’re usually not so great for the owner of that particular body).
(I’m seeing #PresidentMusk even more, since my last post. And it’s showing up on cable news, too: today Adam Kinzinger was on CNN and used “President Musk” throughout his remarks. (Go, Adam!))
With Musk’s wealth having reportedly jumped by $170bn since the election to about $455bn, just in time for Christmas, it would appear he has surpassed Mansa Musa (~$400bn by most estimates), long considered the richest man to ever live. Finally a Christmas miracle going to somebody deserving, rather than some dirty orphan or welfare mom.
Personally, I think he’s due a visit of some sort of spectre sometime soon, whether holiday themed or otherwise.

As I was departing Twitter, I caught the tail end of a bunch of posts saying how much Blake Lively sucks…something about being demanding on set, rude, unpleasant, etc. I’d always liked her, so it was a little disappointing, but whatever, people are sometimes very different from their personas.
Turns out it was all an orchestrated campaign, however, to fend off some Me Too allegations, and it took place largely on Twitter and Instagram (gift link).
Town commons of any kind are mostly turning out to be shitholes.
“We can bury anyone”----the smear campaign-makers had better watch out, or they’ll be swept to Washington DC to serve in Trump’s Cabinet!!!

The only problem? Yeah, Taleb turns out to be a supporter of AfD, who had posted anti-Islam and anti-immigrant views on social media for many years, as well as a similar far right interview with the BBC and newspaper articles (cite).

I think you misunderstood. Elmo wants to remove from the Republicans anyone who does think Indian Americans are in fact Americans. Race traitors are the worst kind of traitors in Elmo’s book.
Nope. Leon is upset that racist Republicans are pushing back on his desire to import more H-1B cheap-labor serfs.
He decrees that the Republican Party must kick out the racists, which would have obvious advantages (for instance, they could go halfsies with the Libertarians and rent a Denny’s for their convention(s)).
