I need to get to Yello Bar located at 32 Mulberry Street tonight. I will be taking the PATH in from Jersey City. What is the easiset way to get from any of the PATH stations to the bar using either the subway or busses?
Don’t know where the PATH trains let you out. Christopher Street? By the WTC stop? 34th Street?
Subways probably won;t do you any good, as few of them go crosstown for long.
This is not an answer to your question, but it might help you.

Is a great NYC Subway Google Hack. If an expert does not show up to answer, this is what I use before travel via the Subways.

Yeah, I wouldn’t use the subway at all… it’s just a little over half a mile from the World Trade Center.
So take the PATH to the WTC, then:
Start out going East on Vesey St towards Washington St
Turn left onto Park Row
Keep moving ahead onto Centre St
Turn right onto Hamill Pl
Turn right onto Ave Of The Strongest
Keep moving ahead onto Worth St
Turn left onto Mulberry St
Total travel 0.69 miles
By the way, I’m getting this info from www.hopstop.com, a very useful NYC site.
If you take the PATH to the World Trade Center stop, you’d be better off walking (as the post above explains). If it’s raining, the M1 bus stops right in front of the PATH station and takes you within a few blocks; get off near the corner of Worth and Centre.

The walking directions could be simplified to: out of the PATH stop, go one block east (straight ahead), left on Broadway, right on Worth, left on Mulberry.

PDF bus maps for the 5 boroughs are is available at www.mta.info/nyct/maps/index.html, and they are a wonder to behold.

The PATH via the WTC takes you on a trip around the perimeter of the empty foundation of the World Trade Center, and it still has the power to kind of freak me out after doing it maybe 20 or 30 times.
Thanks everyone
