THREE. THREE LICKS TO GET TO THE CENTER OF A TOOTSIE POP.
I needed the Dubious smiley :dubious: to cut & paste in an email. A friend saying he did 90 minutes on the stationary bike, which he has now subsequently upped to two hours. :dubious: :dubious:
All in fun… he is a good friend… in the golf group we all decided our New Year resolutions are to slim down. He is out of shape and there is no way he is doing 90 minutes let alone 2 hours.
O rly?

:dubious: Orly? I’d never been close to ‘in-shape’ and always on the heavy side. Ballooned up over six or seven years before doing something about it. It took a longer than a month (but wasn’t trying to stress anything and was starting from the sub-basement; no idea what your friend was like years ago), but It Can Be Done. I’m doing about 1 1/2 hours a day, all in zones 2 & 3 (Polar HRM), and the only reason I’m not going to two hours is because I need to get back to work.
O’Realyee indeed!
I say, :p!
Maybe he’s not actually pedaling.
Or coasting downhill. ![]()
O’Reely’s is my favorite pub.
O’Reily, Ryan.
I’m in shape. “Round” is a shape.
No wai.
I see it’s 2005 again.

Well done, sir.
