Oahu Building(s) ID Needed (Magnum P.I. tie-in)

Long time lurker, first time poster checking in for some help. I’m looking for the name, or location, of two Oahu buildings, which where frequently seen in the TV show Magnum P.I. (first four seasons). They are probably located somewhere on the south shore, near Diamond Head, but I’m not certain. It’s a long shot, but here goes…

Building B really looks to me like it’s in Hawaii Kai.

Isn’t building B Robin’s Nest? If so, then it’s on the road around Koko Head, along the east side of Oahu, past Hanauma Bay and up around towards the north shore, on the right,

Building 1 appears to have a sign on it in pic 3- would it help if we could read it?

The sign says “King Kamehameha Club.”

That’s definitely not Robin’s Nest. For one thing, Robin’s Nest didn’t have a concrete driveway, nor was it that spacious in the front. Here’s some pictures of the house that was used for Robin’s Nest - not the same.

The King Kamehameha Club (Building B) was filmed primarily at the Kahala Mandarin Oriental (now just the Kahala Resort & Hotel). The building itself was a set, which the hotel used to use for receptions and stuff. The beach and bar were filmed at the hotel’s actual beach and bar.

No idea what Building B is.
