Forgive me if this has already been noted but it wasn’t Trump that was underestimated, it was the American voter that was overestimated. Pretty silly considering the number of people who watch Jerry Springer, WWE and the like.

Speaking of which, I just saw this article about it, purporting to give behind-the-scenes details. Surprise! Trump was controlling, lacked a sense of humor, forbade any jokes that suggested he wasn’t as rich as he claims to be, and brought his own audience. Afterward, he exaggerated about how much money Comedy Central had paid him (or rather, donated to his charity).
Greg would have been great at the Trump roast, but I think Anthony J and Gilbert Gottfried were a decent replacement. Then again, I’m a YUGE Gilbert Gottfried fan.
Yup, we underestimated Trump.
However that was before the election, I don’t think it will be as big of an issue now. If anything people are panicking and assuming the worst.
Trump’s already revealed his 2020 slogan: “Keep America Great.”
People just don’t get this. Trump thinks America hold all the aces. He’s too stupid to count the cards and see that there are no aces left in play.

He is putting his hand on two Bibles-The Lincoln Bible that Obama used, and his family Bible. I don’t know if they will be put side-by-side with his hand stretched across both of them, or one on top of the other.
Maybe a Bible sandwich. You know, to hide his little-bitty fingers.
