What do you mean without Secret Service? They are always there, whether they are in the tight frame of a particular shot or not… they are there. Plus I’m sure everyone went through heavy screening before even getting to wherever it is they were.
They were guests at a function, I presume, not just getting of the elevator at the Eiffel tower.

There are unsubstantiated reports that the woman in the first pic is 16. Of course, even assuming both that she is 16 and that Obama knew it, there’s nothing illegal about checking her out.

I seriously do not see it. If he did, he managed to not change his facial expression or even the angle of his head 1/10 of an inch before helping someone on the steps. How odd that people are focusing on him when a clear lech is steps away.

You know what’s funny? The idea of Sarkozy being caught giving her a “once over” and Obama not looking at her at all.
People would be calling him gay and whatnot and I think the ensuing discussion, jokes and threads like this would have been more humorous (which is to say that this one is humorous).
Imagine how “scandalous” it would have been to have Obama “outed” by him not noticing that girl’s ass. Would have been good times for all of us.
