Supposedly there was a letter from the Director of the CIA to CIA employees that said, “Earlier this week, I met separately with (Director) FBI James Comey and DNI Jim Clapper, and there is strong consensus among us on the scope, nature, and intent of Russian interference in our presidential election.”
For all I know that means that the CIA has been swung over to the FBI’s viewpoint and now they don’t think that the Russian hacking was an attempt to get Trump elected.
