Obama viewed as the Antichrist

It’s interesting that a tacky dress with portraits of Obama on it has been demoted from proof of worship to a kind of goofy shit. I notice that you didn’t answer the rest of my questions, but having since seen you refer to current climate theory as both religion and conspiracy, I find myself losing interest in your answers. So never mind. Carry on complaining about Obama if you must.

??? how do you equate action figures sold to a person who had a dress made with His Holiness on it?

They both fall into the class “goofy shit”.

How terrible for you that a president you don’t support is popular.

How embarrassing for you that a president you support is deified by a Hollywood hillbilly during the Emmy’s. What an obamanation. And if you haven’t noticed lately Obama’s popularity is on an elevator going down.

I have noticed the effectiveness of the Republican smear campaign, yes. I predicted it, in fact. Watching the Clinton administration taught me that Republicans whine, non-stop. It’s as I said: you’re whining because your president is popular and he’s not a Republican, that’s all. It must be terrible for you that the murderous torturing scumbags you cheerlead for are no longer in power.
I hope it is, anyway.

As I’ve said before, my guess is that nearly half the present disaffection from Obama is from his left. Millions of Americans who voted for him were hoping for this century’s FDR, not this century’s Bill Clinton.

This happy little public school activity is NOT going to help quash the whole “Messiah/AntiChrist” fuss.

I don’t hear them calling Obama the Messiah. At what point in the tape does that happen?

Did I say they called him the Messiah here? (I think I at least implied it in the BBQ Pit entry) Nor did they call him ‘Glorious Leader’ or ‘Il Duce’ or ‘Mein Fuhrer’, but I won’t blame people who use those terms while making fun of this.

I wouldn’t mind him being another Bill Clinton.

I bet Michelle would.

I think it fits more into the use of the school system to indoctrinate children into politically supporting a candidate fuss. Although the phrase: **“red ,yellow, black, or white we are all equal in his sight” **does sound like something children would say in church. And they did re-write the the Battle Hymn of the Republic to praise his glory. **“Hello Mr. President we honor you today for all your great accomplishments we do sing hurray”. **

At best this was hero worship heaped upon 5 year olds who have no concept of the world around them. A President in office for 4 weeks is being treated like a savior come to save us with “change we can believe in”.

SING his name and sing his praises. Barack Hussein Obama.

Actually, I pretty much said it in the BBQ Pit entry.

Magiver, the “red, yellow, black and white” phrase is actually used in the song “Jesus Loves the Little Children”. Thank God they didn’t use the tune.

One account says this was done for Black History Month (February). Another account I read said this was in June (a school project? possible if it’s a year-round program). But I love the school’s statement that they did not authorize this… to be taped and shown.

Wait…she’s CATHOLIC, but she’s a Left Behind fan? I thought the books were really anti-Catholic? I know LaHaye has referred to it as a “false religion”.

Indeed, I remember it myself from Sunday School:

Jesus loves the little children
All the children of the world
Red and yellow, black and white
They are precious in his sight
Jesus loves the little children of the world

So you see… um… oh. Uh oh.

Okay, Bill had some personal faults that Obama seems to lack (recent book says the first few years of marriage were rocky, perfectly understandable if they both have strong personalities, but they’re solid now), but he was a pretty good president.

I caught that too. “We meant to indoctrinate your children without you knowing it”.

Have I mentioned how creepy you guys are getting?

How to answer this? WWOD? Is there any way I can tax this thread?

I guess I don’t understand what you guys are afraid of either. Some kids want to do a dumb little rap song about the first black President for Black History Month, and that’s supposed to be disturbing for some reason?

At least they weren’t praying to a cardboard cutout .
