Let me see if I’ve got this right: obfus complained in chat that he doesn’t have a Pit thread, so you start one for him, with no real issues to take up with him. And since this conversation took place in chat, you can’t prove to those who weren’t there that it really took place. Of course, not that someone asking for a Pit thread of their own is a valid reason for starting one…

Since when does someone have to have an issue to start a pit thread, anyway? And it was my understanding that chat conversations were not to be confused with the SDMB. Kind of circular, eh, what with me posting a thread because of something said in chat?
