OE Removes Hotlinks

I have a friend who is using outlook express. For some reason when he recieves an email containing a hotlink OE removes the link and gives him some sort of message…Outlook Express has removed the following unsafe…blah blah blah.

Any ideas what he needs to change to stop this from happening. For the past several months, I have had to strip the html out of any links I send to him which is getting very tiresome.

Any ideas?

Tell him to open outlook express…go to tools…options…then the security tab and take the check mark out of “Do not allow attachments…”
