Hi, I need help in replacing a name in the TO line… Person left this job and her name is still on the line for our computers…
example… To Roger Rabbit(123@.com)
I need to remove the Roger rabbit that automatically fills in when typing our email.I want to replace with the new office girls name. We have changed signature but this one is eluding me. Please someone help me…thank you :smack:

It sounds like you are talking about when a person puts the cursor in the To box for a new email and starts typing “R” then “Roger Rabbit” is autocompleted. This is specific to each computer and not something you can change at the enterprise level. The autocomplete choices are based on what that user has typed into that box in the past, not by reading the address book. The solution is simple, though–type R then when the list comes up and “Roger Rabbit” appears in the list, hit the DELETE key to remove it.
