If you’re referring to “Use Item”, that was a side episode not related to Ivan’s current quest. The girl with the “dragon teeth” was actually cornered by a gang of thieves we’ve seen before in “Lute” and it’s leader in “Lapis Lazuli”. (See Oglaf Archives).
