Vanka (the thief) is obviously imitating the guard. The implication seems to be the guard has been having sex with the two prisoners and they’re mocking him.

I thought it was funny just for the absurdity of what all they’re saying. Whatever greater joke there is, though, I don’t get either.
I think it’s mostly making fun of the guard’s attempts at abrasive dirty talk.
Welp. I don’t know if this is the last straw, but I’m tempted to just unbookmark this strip. Maybe come back on 12/18/2012 and see if I missed anything. I’m guessing I won’t. Which is a shame, there’s been some pretty awesome moments.

Just that he’s monumentally bad at it, if instead of being afraid of his molestation, they’re mocking his technique.
See. I had a different reaction from everyone else. I thought they were play acting and being over the top stupid to make fun of the guard, while the guard never did any of the stuff they were doing. He is disliked by them because he is a guard and nothing more. So, his response at the end is a genuine complaint. And, that made me laugh.
Why assume it’s rape? The last two times we saw Vanka in custody, she proposed sex to her captor. The blonde’s a new character but she appears to be like-minded. So presumably they invited the guard to have sex with them and now they’re making fun of his technique.
Hmmm. Perhaps they will promise not to do that in front of his employees if he lets them escape.

I assume they are making fun of his small penis, that they are theatrically mocking it - “Is it in?” And of course mocking the general male obsession with dick size.

Hmm. I interpreted it as they got a body cavity check when they were first thrown into prison and they were making fun of the guard’s tehcnique/skills/enthusiasm during it.
That’s what I got out of it too. He may have done all those things, which still makes the joke work, but I think it’s funnier if he hadn’t.
But the guard has that tear in his eye. Sarcasm doesn’t hurt unless it has an element of truth to it.
IMHO, The gueard just asked them to keep their cells neat, and they are making fun of that neatness, too.
