Beck, as I understand things, Cecil is busy. He’s teaching Chuck Norris kung fu skills, he’ s teaching the Queen of Englànd about UK unwritten constitutional law, and he is advising the US government on how to deal with … well, I cannot say. I am sworn to secrecy.
