It started out with Davebear describing how he met a beautiful woman in a bar (a rare thing for him) (in a bar… not meeting women…) how they crashed and burned, some of his friends from an old “Spit ‘n’ Swallow” thread chimed in with encouragement/condolensces, many hijacks about people’s lives, loves, breakups, pregnancies, more people join in, ferrets, dogs, zombies, wild virtual hot tub party, more people join in, flirting, sniping, fighting with people who think “THIS FUCKING THREAD MUST DIE!!!,” flood of e-mails on Simple Dreamer’s birthday, flood more e-mails on Dave’s birthday and he got the famous Purple Pimp Hat.
Oh, I forgot to mention the “eye thing” and the “yo-yo look.”
Other than that, it’s your typical S.D.M.B. (hee hee!) thread. Welcome aboard, vanilla!
Oh… and we still haven’t seen pictures of Dave in the PPH OR mipiace’s “parrot.”

Vanilla, as mama to this mad house, I can honestly tell you that the only sensible thing to do is climb in the hot tub, relax and enjoy the party. Trying to make sense of the semi-controlled anarchy is senseless. But you won’t find a better group of people to play with. Or commiserate with, or…well, you won’t find a better group of people.
