That, it turns out, is my brother Jim, who registered at the SDMB some weeks ago without even telling me, the rascal. He enlisted me in a cunning plan to spoof the unsuspecting Dopers with replies from this Bob and Ray routine:
But the best part is, two of the other posters in that thread are also siblings: Anita Vacation, who many of you already know is my sister, and Harald Bluetooth, who is my other brother, enticed out of hiding to begin posting again by this unique opportunity for family bonding.

Not the case. The most recently registered family member joined up in early December, and had posted seriously prior to this.
I apologoze if anyone was seriously put out by it; it seemed like a fun thing and wasn’t taking advantage of anyone’s sympathy. We played it out for a short while and then pulled the plug.
And, FTR, the Geo family is not taking over. Not without a struggle, anyhoo.
Lessee, there’s me, Sakura, SparrowHawk, Hawklette, FriendBill (who is a friend, but is family enough around Casa Dave-Guy that we don’t bother cleaning up when he comes over), and my stealth member, my brother, registered as Stratman and with one post to his name.
Okay, he registered just to answer a Led Zeppelin question, and he no longer works at the place on whose computer he registered, but he’s there!
