So, during a traffic stop police find heroin with the packets branded, Obamacare. Who says drug dealers do not have a sense of humor?
Our President could show he also has a sense of humor by pardoning the criminals without additional comment. 
Only a matter of time before this turn up on Glenn Beck as “evidence” for what Obamacare really is.
Or he could give them community service on the telephone lines.
“Once you try this Obamacare, you’ll never want to go back to the old way.”

If you watched The Wire, you might have noticed that they were always giving the heroin a topical name. There was Osama bin Laden heroin and later WMD heroin. They wouldn’t draw attention to it, it would just be dealers in the background talking.
