I’ve got a couch for that’ll sleep two, a Laz-E-Boy that’ll sleep one (or two really friendly people), another chiar that could probably sleep one, and an air-mattress for two-three people (probably two.)
Oh yeah, and there is my bed, but that’s private party only.
The big’ol tub is all Jessicas.

Re: my OhDope participation. I’m going through a little bit of a rough patch mental health-wise. In general, my days have been more good than bad, but travel has been difficult for me lately. I’m still planning on driving down Saturday (this thing is on Saturday, right?), but if I feel at all like things might get tough, I’m not going to make the drive. So, to sum up, I want to come along, and I plan on doing so, but I might not be able to.
I have a costume and attractive jammies, so I’ll be prepared if I do make it.
Ok, let me verify time.

I plan on driving back to Dayton after the party, unless I break all my own rules about drinking or it is waaay too late, in which case I’ll find an hotel and crash there instead of the side of the road in a tree.
I’m still going to be there. Got the travel arrangements set. Got the lodgings set. Got the jammies set.
I even have a costume! It’s the one I was going to wear last year but didn’t, because I had to bail at the last minute.
But, I’m gonna be there. Oh yeah.

I’m really looking forward to this. But it’s time to confess my fear of every costume party… that I will arrive and be the only one in a costume.
I just had my next three weeks rearranged for me. I ain’t going nowhere. :mad:
I’ll be unable to attend. My ex has to open a Borders in Milwaukee. This involves being gone for three weeks. So the three kids we share will be all mine for three weeks. I’d bring 'em but they have various committments like jobs, etc. Won’t work. Damn! They’re too young to stay by themselves.
Maybe us Northern Ohio types can get our act together and have one up this way in the Spring. Watch for it.

I will not be in costume, the sight of me in pajama’s would cause eyes to fry, and victims to turn to stone, besides, I don’t have any at this time.
Would anyone be up for trying to get into “The Melting Pot” on Friday? It’s a tad expensive, from what I’ve heard, but really good fondue and socializing.
Otherwise, and I guess depending who’s even going to be here Friday, it can be a general come-as-you-can* to my place and from there we’ll find a place to settle.

thinks: How expensive is “a tad expensive” for the fondue place? Perhaps a decent alternative might be the Mongolian Barbecue on Sawmill. All you can eat for $12, plus they’re friendly to largish parties and will let you be rowdy. And it’s fairly close to where you live (you are still in the same apartment, right?)
Everyone else: If you need a place to crash, I’m your guy. Friday night, my roommates are out of town, so I’ll have two beds, two couches, and tons of floor space for your convenience (although you’ll have to BYO Sleeping Bag if you’re flooring it). Also… does anyone want to go to the Ohio State Buckeye game on Saturday, against Minnesota? The game’s at 3:30. Tickets will be $21 and include transportation to the game and a free brunch/lunch thing at my friend’s house. They’re good seats – 25 yard line, second row C deck, so you can see EVERYTHING.
