OJ Sentencing

OJ gets sentenced today, which was something I had absolutely no idea about until I turned on ESPN. He was on the verge of tears, saying how sorry he was and how he was only trying to retrieve what was rightfully his.

I really wish he would have completely broken down and cried his eyes out. There’s still hope, though, that he’ll do it when the judge–I hope–throws his ass in jail for the rest of his life.

His wife’s head?

Oh. That other stuff…

Not life – but six years minimum is a good start.

Fifteen years.

Poor guy never gets a break.

It still boggles my mind how someone who has gone through the legal system in such a serious way once before could even contemplate doing something illegal ever again in life. If I were in his shoes, I don’t think I’d so much as jaywalk. Even if he truly believed he was in the right in this case, I just can’t see getting involved.

Cue Nelson Muntz: HA-ha!

That’s an outrage. How can he look for his wife’s murderer if he’s in prison for 15 years?

Simple…I guarantee his wife’s killer will be in whatever prison sent to.

Hmmm… so he had this thought out all along. He’s like an investigative mastermind. I wonder if Ron Goldman’s killer will be there too. (I always thought it was odd that it never occurred to the cops that Goldman and Nicole could well have been two completely unrelated murders that just happened to take place at the same general address.)

All he needs to do is buy a mirror.
