Ok, so what the hell happened in Germany in NYE?

That’s not what the article said. She was kissed on the neck, no mention of a “custom” and someone groped her breast. Where did you get your completely different version?

When one has an utterly relentless grip on truth, substantiation is superfluous. Facts are for the weak.

I watched a video linc

Well that was clearly a different incident. Read the article. The station she works for filed a criminal complaint.

Checked the video link the one I watched which I commented on and a picture of another reporter getting her ear kissed she did report that she was sexually abused but there was not a photo, she did say that they understood when she shouted at them in English, but that could be anyone.

I do not care what their race creed or colour is those who abuse woman should go to prison

I’m so glad that no one is actually saying this, but I’m not so glad about your mysoginistic denials/apologies/false eqilivilencies.

The poster quoted another poster who linked to an article about a rape. He then said something along the lines of “this is what happens when your culture is misogynist.” It was a stupid thing to say-- rape happens just about everywhere.

I sincerely doubt you know any Muslims whatsoever.

Do we know if the incidence varies significantly between cultures?

This is not going to go away without drastic action

Even worse - the original comment referred to a cultural belief that women who were dressed a certain way were "fair game. " "She was asking for it, the way she was dressed! " is a sentence that had unfortunately been heard in the US.

Wrong I support a group called One Law for All, They have many Muslim woman supporters fighting for the equal rights that they are entitled to under U.K. law but are denied those rights by Muslim men under Sharia Law. Not all Muslim men treat their wives badly and some who I have spoken to have agree that there is a problem that needs addressing

Eh?

Oh good, yet another wholesale cut and paste from an alarmist Daily Fail article. Clearly we need to support your preferred right wing policies then.

The left wing policies are not working are they

So of course the only logical thing to do is push the pendulum all the way in the other direction.

This statement is so meaningless I’m not sure why I bother to respond.

Which left wing policies? Which countries? And just how do you feel they are not working?

I mean, I’m vaguely hoping it’s not the UK you are referring to, seeing as the tories have been in power for 6 years. So is it Germany you refer to? And their market driven policy of encouraging immigration to deal with the ever aging workforce they have their? You think that’s leftwing, perhaps?

And preferably you’ll attempt to clarify these points without just cutting and pasting an entire Daily Mail op-ed, with a one line portentous soundbite tagged on at the end.

Come on, it’s not every message board that has the living embodiment of a tabloid newspaper posting on it!
