These people are idiots who clearly know nothing about Islam (I mean, it’s not like Muslims are threatened by the existence of pigs, they just find them unclean).
But if you want to throw some outrage fodder to the ignorant, try some quotes from the actual text (Joseph Jacobs, 1890):
Once upon a time when pigs spoke rhyme
And monkeys chewed tobacco,
And hens took snuff to make them tough,
And ducks went quack, quack, quack, O!
Opening rhyme promotes use of tobacco. By zoo and farm animals, no less!
So he huffed, and he puffed, and he puffed, and he huffed, and at last he blew the house down, and he ate up the little pig.
Well, there is at least a reference to actually eating pork. Moreover, it is generally felt that the “good” characters shouldn’t be killed and eaten, which is why most 20th-century versions merely have the little pig run to his brother’s house.
Then the wolf was very angry indeed, and declared he would eat up the little pig, and that he would get down the chimney after him. When the little pig saw what he was about, he hung on the pot full of water, and made up a blazing fire, and, just as the wolf was coming down, took off the cover, and in fell the wolf; so the little pig put on the cover again in an instant, boiled him up, and ate him for supper, and lived happy ever afterwards.
The killing might have been self-defense, but was it really necessary to eat the wolf? Clearly the muslims are on to something. This unrepentant murderous swine is a terrible role model, and should be banned from our schools lest our children start killing and eating their enemies.
