Okay "So You Think You Can Dance" Fans - name these tunes...

I am trying to think of two song titles/artists. One is from last season - it’s the group number with the whole top twenty and it’s the one where they were dressed up as zombies or creepy marionettes. The song was really catchy with a strong, driving beat.

The other is from the auditions this season - what latin song did Pasha and Anna audition with?

Any thoughts/help is great

Is this the zombie number you’re thinking of? If so, the song’s Ramalama (Bang Bang) by Roisin Murphy.

As for the other number, this YouTube claims it is Magic Carpet Ride by Mighty Dub Katz.

I just had to post and say I was listening to Ramalama (Ding Dong) when I opened this thread… :eek: It’s an addictive song.

I love Ramalama. One of my favorite songs, and I first heard it when I saw the original dance to it. Just to mention - they performed the song twice. First time was the top 10 (actually top 9 - Natalie wasn’t in it because of injuries). Second time was when all twenty were back for the last show. I much preferred the first performance. With 20, they were all too crowded.

I also posted in the favorite you-tube thread a link to my favorite top 20 performance - it’s when they are all in white, dancing to Technologic by Daft Punk.
