Just watched the interesting old movie, Panic In the Streets with Richard Widmark and Jack Palance. I think it was the latter’s first film role, and you can certainly sense his presence as a method actor. I recall seeing it back in the 1950s, and was stuck by his acting, so wanted to see it again. Not as good a film as I remembered, but not bad for the time. Excellent cinematography.
