Dinner’s cooking, and should be done in half an hour. Shake’N;Bake pork chops, mashed potatoes, and gravy. I made ‘country gravy’, which is the same as my sausage gravy but without the sausage.

The quilt has been restored to it’s rightful place and many flying fuds have been chittered at today. I don’t really worry about him banging his head into things anymore, it’s not like he’s got a brain to damage.
We have a water closet in the master bathroom. I tend to pull the door almost closed after use. I don’t actually latch the door, it is usually open about an inch. Last night I woke up to make water and as usual, didn’t turn the lights on so I didn’t notice GG following me in. He was trapped in there for at least four hours before hubs got up and noticed GG wasn’t underfoot.
The poor gormless one has so many challenges in his life, LOL!

That is always a good thing to do.
I always remind myself that I have a front-loading washing machine. That doesn’t sound like much at first, until you realize that it means I have a home to put it in, enough clothes to need one, a dependable source of electricity and water, plus we were able to pay extra for an environmentally friendly machine. There are seriously billions of people who would give anything to be in my place.
Gratitude makes such a difference in my outlook.

Evening all. Soccer has been coached and dinner (provided by a place called BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse) and had my once-every-two weeks beer. Fairly expensive but enjoyable. Also bought a couple ice cube trays, not having a steady supply of water has reduced my ice cube maker in the freezer to frigid impotence, so steps had to be taken. Other than that have concentrated on staying warm (back to 38F now). Evening will be internettin’ and readin’ until bedtime beckons.
