Mrs. L.A. had ‘popcorn chicken’ on Date Night (Thursday). Lightly coated, not like what you’d get at KFC. Too spicy for her, so she said I could have her leftovers. I had assumed that’s what she would have for dinner tonight, and I would have a sausage from the BIBIR bin. She wanted a sausage, so that’s what we both had. I split them and cooked them in a frying pan. I’d bought some Lucerne small-curd cottage cheese the other day, so we had some of that too. I like Lucerne. Not quite as good as Knudsen in the yellow container that I remember from L.A., but almost. I’d had a SPAM®, bell pepper, onion, and cheese omelette for breakfast today, so I have some sliced SPAM® in the fridge. That’s what I’ll make my sandwich from for irk tomorrow. (Really do need to make some SPAM® salad.)
I finally turned on the a/c about 20 minutes ago.
Insulation guy is supposed to come Thursday, which is unfortunate because Wifey, RN is off Friday. Cats will be locked up all day. 
Goo needs a blood draw Saturday.
