Is it possible to have eyes of two different colors? Can your eyes change color?

This old post is one of the few interesting things I could find, so I’ll be a bother and ask if this means anything:

I was born with hazel eyes… sort of. My right eye has a horizontal brown line through it and the lower quarter of it, on my right side, is brown as well. The line curves up slightly in the middle. This pattern has been getting slowly bigger every year.
I’m photosensitive and nearsighted. I have trouble with depth perception and certain colors blend, like browns and yellows. I find florescent light distracting and it gives me headaches. I have amazing hearing and night-sight. I lose most color definition at night though.
My eye brightness has changed several times. They’ve been hazel, light blue,
deep grey, pale olive, and blue-green. They’ve been pale hazel with very thin white lines and grooves for years now though.
I’ve never had eye trauma or head trauma. Is this a condition, a simple mutation
or, something else? <-----QUESTION
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. Blame it on the ignoranitive property of impatientalisis but, certainly not me!

NanoDrive, welcome, we’re glad to have you here.

I have edited the title of this thread, so that it’s a little more descriptive.

Welcome NanoDrive!
