Omarosa...has she flamed out?

In checking up on our much beloved friend Omarosa, I discovered that she seems to have dropped from sight. I haven’t seen or heard anything about her for a couple of weeks and it appears from various blogs I’ve visited that her web site has been down for a couple of weeks as well. It looks like she’s not only burned her bridges behind her, but in front of her as well by bolting Jimmy Kimmel’s show. I’ve heard nothing about her since. Has anyone here heard or read about any new schemes…uh, I mean plans she may have in the works? Or has she (mercifully, for us) finally flamed out for good?

Who?

I don’t typically watch late night TV, but I had NBC running in the background and Jay Leno came on. Within 15 minutes, he’d made two Omarosa jokes–both along the “she’s hateful/evil” lines.

It seems she has cemented herself in pop culture, but in a way that she can’t possibly control. Given this, I can’t imagine too many companies/organizations want to associate with her. She has her legacy.

I agree. She has essentially rendered herself unemployable by her behavior. The only thing left for her is to try to cash in on her noterity with an easily bored American public. I await her cries of racism when the clock on her cultural relevance runs out.

She rendered herself unemployable via the false n-word charges, even though she was given plenty of opportunities to either have someone else substantiate her claims (via videotape) or render an full account of the incident. You can be incompetant, hateful, full of yourself and an annoying prima donna still have a career as a TV B-list celebrity. (a la Richard Hatch. Well, except for the incompetency.) You just can’t lie about it.

It’ll be interesting to see if she can do a return engagement on the next 'Apprentice".
