Omnibus Evil MFers in the news thread

Right around the same time, I was having a problem with a customer opening stuff, smelling it (with her nose, and her big hair, disgustingly close to the product), then putting it back on the shelf. She claimed it was because she was worried about there being too many onions in the salads, but she had no answer when I asked her why she did the same thing to the cookies. I’m guessing this was more of an OCD thing. In any case, I had to ask her to leave and shop elsewhere on three separate occasions before she finally got the message.
I was this close to telling her about what happened to this person, but did what I normally do in these situations, when I’m 100% entirely, no question about it, correct…report me. For some reason, and I don’t remember her logic, she was under the impression that it was allowable for her to do that or illegal for me to prevent her from doing it or something. Whatever her reasoning was, I told her to call the police or report me to the health department. That was the last time I saw her.

I still have video of one or two of those interactions. I’d post them if I wasn’t worried about doxxing myself/my business.

I omce worked for a very prominent residential mental hospital. I was in the kitchen as, surprise, a baker. When we hosted receptions for various medical and social workers you would think most of these folks, having good educations, and supposed to be sophisticated, would know how to behave properly. I saw one guy pick up half of a croissant sandwich, sniff it, and put it back down. I was waiting for him to turn around so I could grab it but as he turned away another guest came up and picked up that very sandwich.

These people were used to being served and would leave their plates and glasses all over, and wouldn’t try to clean up messes. The best guests were the military chaplains that came twice a year. they would seek out we servers to thank us even.

This just in. Colorado man attacks television reporter, puts him in headlock, says: “This is Trump’s America now.” Well the perp isn’t wrong.

Patrick Thomas Egan, who claimed to be a Marine, was arrested on suspicion of, " bias-motivated crimes, second-degree assault and harassment." His bail has been set at $20,000. These are state charges, so hypothetical pardons won’t help.

Egan was driving a Sunshine Rides taxi at the time of the incident. KKCO reached out to the company, and received the following statement from General Manager Kelly Millan:

“This type of behavior has no place in our society and I strongly condemn it. I deeply regret the harm and disruption this has caused the victim, his family and co-workers. Sunshine Rides has suspended Egan pending a full investigation, will assist law enforcement and will use this incident to re-emphasize our core values and expectations with our entire team.”

One article about the attack. You can click through for more articles. None of them requested comment from Trump or his spokespeople.

One of the top-rated podcasts in the world today is promoting debunked theories of nonverbal communication to promote the theory that autistic children are secretly telepathic.

As the uncle of a nonverbal child who sees how hard it is on my sister and her husband, it absolutely boils my blood to see people selling false hope like this.

Yeah, this shit pisses me off. These kids need love and support, not woo and pseudo-science grifting crap.

This may not come as a great shock, but the “top expert” who led the telepathy experiments for the documentary, psychiatrist Diane Hennacy Powell, is also an ardent antivaxer.

According to her, young children’s tender immune systems can’t handle vaccines (but the immune system being constantly revved up by everyday environmental stimuli including full-blown infections is apparently no problem). She’s a fan of antivax hero Dr. Paul Thomas, never mind that he lost his Oregon medical license for among other things, “unprofessional or dishonorable conduct; making false or misleading statements regarding the efficacy of Licensee’s treatments; repeated and gross negligence in the practice of medicine”.

Crank magnetism, folks. Telepathy…antivax ideology…wonder how she feels about the Kennedy assassination and chemtrails?

Ky Dickers does as well. From the article: “Dickens promotes the recent flick Spellers , which was co-produced by activist JB Handley, who is most well-known for [his claim that vaccines cause autism.”

Figured the Taliban would get worse and worse - only a matter of time.
This one’s Holy-shitzville, Batman.

Taliban men must feel so weak, that they have to be so afraid of women.

The whole idea is to absolve men from responsibility for any sexual crimes against women, because they have no self control whatever, and the mere sight of a woman can be enough to stir them to lust and violence, impulses that they have not the power to resist or control. What pathetic puppets they paint themselves to be.

And of course it is the woman’s fault. The irresponsible, lustful, violent men are not the ones that are sequestered and controlled, no, it is the women who, however innocent of intent they may be, are by their natures evil temptresses, and so must be kept apart. For their own good, of course. If, incidentally, it keeps them ignorant and powerless, well, that’s just the icing on the cake.

Sorry to belabor the obvious. These are things that everyone knows, except the men who practice it.

Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re fully aware of every word you said, but in their innate shittiness they internalize it with equal parts humiliation and a childish “no girl’s gonna get the better of me!”, the latter mindset spurring on the cruelty.

Which would explain why they’re also not letting girls go to school.

On a much smaller scale I posted this over in the stupid MFers thread. Not quite sure which category it fits. It seems to be more stupid leading to evil than evil aforethought, so it went there.

One man convicted of selling body parts and fetal corpses; the buyer awaits sentencing.

A Wichita man who stole human body parts and fetal corpses when he worked at Wesley Medical Center and sold them to someone he met online was sentenced Thursday to spend 18 months in prison

“Facebook communications establish that Pereyra sold multiple fetal corpses to Ensanian, as well as a partial foot, a human heart, slices of liver, brain, and kidneys, a spleen, a foot, intestine pieces, a testicle, a jar of toes, skin, and fat, dried toes, and miscellaneous other organs … The transactions totaled over $5,000 in the aggregate,” court records say.

Wesley Medical Center employee stole and sold human body parts, fetuses. He’ll go to prison

The thing that sticks out there: “dried toes”

I mean, sure, I can imagine a market for

But a jar of dried toes?

I mean, what are you going to do with dried toes?

Who even makes dried toes? What’s the selling point? Just like fresh toes, only with a longer shelf life? Do they trim the nails so they don’t stick out of the dessicated flesh?

An inquery would like to know.

The Sourtoe Cocktail is practically a rite of passage for visitors to Dawson City, Yukon. It’s a simple drink (a shot of whiskey, usually Yukon Jack) with an unusual accompaniment: a mummified human toe.

Necklace? If you don’t have enough toes for that, maybe an anklet.

Wouldn’t that be a Crusty Nail?

Amazon denies her request, then backs down after she goes to the media.
