You begin to catch onto the motivations of these people
Yes. When these assholes tell you exactly who they are… believe them.
How about when they knee the guy in the crotch, without hesitation or sympathetic cringing? Is that good enough proof?
Well, it’ll be proof of somebody’s external genitalia, that’s for sure. :oof:!!
They’re committing sexual assault when they do that.
We need to adjust laws to protect victims in those circumstances.
A mother in Kansas City, Missouri, has been arrested and charged in the death of her 1-month-old infant after allegedly mistakenly placing the baby in an oven instead of a crib, the prosecutor’s office said.
“mistakenly”?
oven…crib….both four letters.
This story doesn’t make sense. She wasn’t a babysitter? She wasn’t on drugs? My whole Urban Legends bingo card is shot!
babby……roast…… both 5 letters.
That urban legend is the first thing I thought of. I think it’s the first urban legend I heard in the wild, as in told to me as if it was a real story.
“Officials did compliment the Kansas City mother on how well she swaddled the pork roast found in the crib.”
What scares me most about that oven story is that it easily COULD have been unintentional, caused by either substance-abuse effects or postpartum psychosis.
PPP is some terrifying shit, and yes, it can cause horrific deaths due to delusional behavior.
That was my first thought. Terrifying and often not taken as fully seriously as it should.
Paul Alexander is a Canadian PhD health researcher who was an advisor in the Dept. of Health and Human Services during the Trump Administration. He helped intimidate and muzzle CDC scientists whose efforts to manage the pandemic he considered harmful to Trump.
This is Paul Alexander commenting today on his Substack, which has 38,000 subscribers:
“Hang them high, hang them all high, hang all, every single person in COVID, from virus to lockdown lies to medical management that killed to the Malone, Bourla, Sahin mRNA vaccine, go to court, let### juries examine, let juries rule & judges, not you, if judges say death penalty, be prepared to put them to death, all, Trump administration, Biden’s, any health official, doctor whose actions killed!”
What are the odds this guy gets another gig in a second Trump presidency?
Yup. I would like to request (of nobody in particular, I guess) that that baby-roasting mother be provisionally stricken from the list of candidates for “Evil MFer” status, unless and until it’s determined that she did this horrible thing on purpose.
'Cuz at present, I’m skeptical. There are, if you’ll forgive my attempting to channel Evil MFer mindset for a moment, much easier and more plausible ways for an Evil MFer without mental-illness issues to kill an infant and make it look accidental.
How many of our other Evil MFs were suffering from mental illness when they shot up the school, drove through a crowd, or whatever?
If we let roast baby person / event off our Evil bus, we should also let this person / event Parkland high school shooting - Wikipedia off the same bus for the same reason.

That word salad sure bespeaks a calm, deliberative, and well-ordered mind.
Who knew so many people enjoyed the flavor of word salad enough to keep elevating these wackos to positions of great celebrity, high income, and political power.

How many of our other Evil MFs were suffering from mental illness when they shot up the school, drove through a crowd, or whatever?
If by “mental illness” you mean a complete mental breakdown to the point that they had no idea what they were doing and didn’t even realize they were shooting up a school or driving a vehicle through a crowd? Zero.
The Parkland High School shooter, for example, had behavioral problems and anger management issues. He wasn’t hallucinating or anything. He had depression, not a psychosis.
Not every mental illness is the same any more than every physical illness is the same.
Agreed.
But if baby roaster deserves sympathy for their mental pathology so does school shooter. That is my only point.
Many folks like to give certain categories of mental pathology a pass. Or certain categories of people within those suffering a certain pathology. That would be an attitude non-professional me would take exception to.

Many folks like to give certain categories of mental pathology a pass.
I mean, if it leads to diminished capacity, then yes, they’d be stupid not to. Though I’m not sure if giving them a “pass” is the right terminology, rather the mental state required to actually be guilty of something might not be there with certain pathologies. That’s how the law handles it too; it’s not that if you have a mental illness you get a different sentence than someone else, but if you literally can’t be held responsible due to that mental illness, you’re not going to suffer the same fate as someone who did. It’s no different than if in two different cases someone ran over a person in their car, and in the first case they saw the victim and intentionally ran them over, and in the other case they couldn’t see them and didn’t know that they’d even hit anyone until afterward.
But let’s say for the sake of argument the woman has PPP. She’d need treatment I would expect, she would face consequences of some kind. Justice isn’t just about punishing people, it’s about trying to find some way to prevent whatever wrong occurred from happening again. In some cases that means keeping a person out of society where they can cause further harm, in others it means rehabilitation of some kind if it’s possible. I don’t think anyone is suggesting that they determine whether she had this or another psychosis and then will tell her, “Well then okay, I guess it’s fine, you can go home then.” That’s not going to happen. One way or another this woman’s life is going to be very difficult after this.
