Two passengers on a United flight from Newark to Tel Aviv decided that they would prefer to sit in business class instead of the seats they paid for, then, according to the report, “rioted” when told they had to return to their original seats. The flight had to be turned around and landed in Newark and then canceled.
123 passengers on this flight, who had to re-arrange plans, and fly the next day.
I suggest that instead of a fine, the unruly passengers be stripped to the waist, and each of the other 123 folks be given a nice stout stick. The idiots must then slowly walk down the line and each passenger gets to whack them as hard as they can. I bet they would not make it past passenger #25.
