Ideas are like viruses.
Or memes, if you will.
A FedEx driver backed into a 7 year old girl, who wasn’t seriously injured, but he panicked, threw her into the back of the truck, and murdered her to keep here from telling anybody.
Jesus.
Seriously. I have no words for this one.
Same.
This is one of those things that in a dark comedy starring Ben Stiller of Jason Bateman would be hilarious.
But this was real and is horrifying.
Do we need an Omnibus EVIL MFs thread?
'cause that is some evil shit.
Here is a lighter-hearted example of a Stupid (or at least very unlucky) MFer in the news. And yes, it was yet another Florida Man:
“Y’all can’t be arrestin’ me! Y’ain’t the Wal-Mart po-leece! Y’all be the shurrifs! I know mah rights!!!”
There apparently was a previous case like this in New Zealand that got less attention, and a similar one in Texas. Antivax “purebloods” are not a phenomenon limited to one country.
New Zealand has long had an antivax presence. They had demonstrations in opposition to vaccine mandates earlier this year that turned violent, and were supposedly inspired by the Canadian truckers’ protests.
And now our “loyal” opposition is giving the Canadian government shit because they were mean to the nice truckers who shut down Ottawa and demanded that our elected government be dissolved.
How did it catch on fire?
The clip was featured on tonight’s “On Patrol: Live”; they were inside the van, trying to open the ATM with a blowtorch or similar.
A blowtorch.
In a van.
And they stayed in the parking lot where they could be filmed in their act of supreme foolishness.
Idiots. Explosives are much quicker.
A few days ago I happened to catch this on a camera I had very recently installed.
The driver pulled over with the van already smoking. Within a few minutes there were huge plumes of black smoke spewing (like, with pressure behind them) going high up into the air. In that picture, the visible flames had just appeared as that first fire truck was pulling over. I happened to know it was an HVAC repair van* so my guess for the ignition was either a blow torch put away still hot or a li-on battery exploding and the black (sooty looking) plumes of smoke being acetylene tanks. Turns out he got the brazing equipment out right away, so I’m thinking a propane or butane based refrigerant. As for the ignition source, the current theory is a battery.
Oh, and that’s an airport on the left side of the picture. Parking where that guy is parked will get your car towed (right away too, like, as soon as a tow truck can get there to pick it up), even if it’s not on fire.
*that driver has done work for me and his dad is in my store on a daily basis
Are you insane?! Explosives are dangerous!!!
No, what you do is launch it skyward with a trebuchet and it’ll crack open when it hits the ground.
