Omnibus Stupid MFers in the news thread (Part 1)

Depending on how close to teminal I was, I’d either blow off court or show up stoned. Wheeled in on a hospital bed.

Hays, Kansas is also the town where a kid questioned something that was taught to him in D.A.R.E., and police got it in their heads that his mother may smoke. So they raided her home, busted her for possession, and then took her kid away. Be better, Hays, Kansas.

That’s OUR ventilator now, Buddy! Hope you’ve learned your lesson!

I’m assuming that’s why he’s trying to get the court date pushed back. He’s not going to show up regardless, but if the court date is after his death he doesn’t end up with a warrant out that’s going to further complicate things.

That would be worth it. “Your honor, the prosecution requests an exhumation so the defendant can be forced to appear in court.”

George Santos who previously accused the New York Times of trying to smear him now admits that he didn’t go to school where he previous had said he did, or work where he said he did

In Before: George Santos asks ‘Why is George Santos attacking George Santos’ by telling the truth about George Santos’ lies about George Santos?’

“My sins here are embellishing my résumé.”

Oh just fuck right off you dork who’s admitted to two lies so far.

Here’s a free link:

Honestly the stupid MFers in the George Santos case are the people who ran against him but never actually investigated him properly.

…and the people who think he’s George Soros.

The best part of that is him explaining his religion:

I predict a long and successful career in the Republican Party.

I assume we should be able to easily locate all the times he publicly denounced any politician that suggested wearing a mask was similar to being a Jew in Nazi Germany, right?

Co-leader of Whitmer kidnapping plot gets 16 years in prison (yahoo.com)

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

I’m reminded of something that took place in Springfield, Illinois a few years ago. The names and dates escape me, but effectively the mayor of the city had claimed to graduate with a Degree in This from the University of That. Well, as it turns out, he left the univesity needing about 3-4 credit hours to get his degree. He claimed that he “forgot” about the missing credits and “assumed” he’d been conferred his degree. Except that, unless I’m sadly mistaken, universities make kind of a big deal about this sort of thing and have a ceremony, and mail you a keepsake, and all that, none of which would have happened to the Lord Mayor.

I’ve seen that happen a number of times. Once, a local teacher had to take one of my classes to get her number of college credits up (she had the degree, but the local accreditation board decided a decade after they’d approved her, that she should have taken more classes in her field).

.

The other was a minister who misrepresented completing a Ph.D.
Got asked to resign.

The wacko thing is that a Ph.D didn’t make any difference. Not in the hiring decision, there was no pay boost, not even any extra respect, and so “I’m working (or even ‘giving up on’) my doctorate” would’ve been just as good.

No real reason for the lies…

Just curbstomp on this shithead already.

Snippets from judge’s finding…

Actually quite a bit of schadenfraude-y stuff in there.

Billionaire Charlie Munger says people should be happier, since they’re so much better off than people were in the past. And politicians who want to tax him are idiots.

And now the tax-payers are on the hook for 700,000 in legal fees. Thanks judge.

Ah, thanks, mucho, for that link, considering my CNBC one failed to mention those quite un-schadenfraudish points.
Wouldn’t hurt tho if I got my threads straight.
