Various sites have been pointing out that sticking out the tongue is a gesture of respect and/or agreement in Tibet.
I haven’t seen anything about sucking tongues, though. Did he say it in English? Is it possible he mis-spoke, and meant to say something about sticking out a tongue?

Actually, when someone posts a context-free one liner like “How is it ok that that a woman standing up for womens rights is attacked? Re: Riley Gaines”, it’s pretty easy to predict by now what’s going to follow.
